Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly — by enquiry form, email, phone or in person — and a limited amount of technical data when you browse this site.

• Contact details: name, email, phone number and, for business enquiries, your company.
• Enquiry details: the division you need, site or property addresses, dates and any requirements you share.
• Retail orders: delivery address, order contents and correspondence about a purchase.
• Tenancy records: where we manage a property you rent, the information needed to run that tenancy.
• Applications: CVs, work history, licence details and right-to-work evidence for roles you apply to.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited.

2. How we use your information

We process personal data to quote for and deliver the services you ask for, and to meet obligations that come with them.

• Responding to enquiries and preparing quotations.
• Delivering guarding, systems, retail orders and property management.
• Keeping the compliance records our sector requires, including security licensing and property safety certificates.
• Recruitment, vetting and employment administration.
• Preventing fraud and keeping our own sites and systems secure.

3. Legal basis for processing

We rely on performance of a contract where you engage us or rent a property we manage; legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and protect our sites; consent where it is required, such as marketing email; and legal obligation where the law requires us to keep records.

4. CCTV and security records

Where we operate CCTV or access control at a site, recordings are personal data. Footage is held securely, viewed only by authorised staff, and kept for a limited period agreed with the site owner unless it is needed for an investigation or legal claim.

Signage is displayed wherever recording takes place. If you believe you appear in footage and wish to make a subject access request, contact us with the date, time and location.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where it is necessary to do the work:

• Contractors and engineers attending a job on our instruction.
• Landlords, housing providers or managing agents where we manage a tenancy on their behalf.
• Couriers, to deliver retail orders.
• Professional advisers, insurers and auditors, under confidentiality.
• The police or other authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as we need it, or as long as the law requires. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within 12 months. Contract, tenancy and compliance records are kept for the length of the engagement plus the statutory period that follows. Unsuccessful job applications are held for three months unless you ask us to keep them longer.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@salesify.london. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

8. Changes to this policy

We review this policy periodically and will update the date above whenever it changes. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
